Example: If the tenancy is 12 months at THB 10,000 per month, the fee calculated shall be 8% of the annual rent, so the one-time fee will be THB 9,600 (THB10,000 x 0.08 x 12).

Property management fee is 10% of the gross monthly rent (E.g. THB 10,000 monthly rent = THB 1,000 monthly property management fee)
