That is why we offer an extensive array of services, structuring our fees in a fair manner and making the process as easy as possible whilst being compliant with all the necessary regulations.

A cradle to grave property service catering to all types of property investors. From sourcing investment properties, managing the acquisition process, project managing the refurbishment/development, finding tenants, managing the property and then selling/refinancing the property. 

Joint Ventures: We provide the opportunity for non-Thai citizens to invest in Thailand as we have a Thai citizen owner. Therefore, we can provide our expertise, source the property and manage the day-to-day of the deal. We then seek for a business partner to provide financing and we will be the legal owner of the property. Also, we structure our fees in a way that our interests are 100% aligned. Your returns as an investor will be communicated and the investment hold period can be discussed.
